TNE Strategy and Planning Development supports universities and education partners to move from opportunity-led international activity to a more structured, evidence-informed and sustainable TNE approach. The training or consultancy helps staff understand how to assess markets, select suitable partners, financial modelling, choose the right delivery model, align internal teams, manage quality and risk, and build TNE partnerships that are academically credible, commercially realistic and student-centred.<br>
