- Develop or review institutional TNE strategy and priorities
- Assess new TNE opportunities by country, partner, subject area and delivery model
- Compare TNE models, including articulation, franchise, validation, joint programmes, dual awards, joint institutes and branch campuses
- Financial modeling
- Support market and competitor analysis for new or existing TNE activity
- Review partner suitability, institutional fit, regulatory context and long-term sustainability
- Facilitate internal planning workshops with academic, international, quality, registry, finance and senior leadership teams
- Help institutions move from reactive partnership conversations to structured decision-making
- Develop TNE risk registers, approval frameworks and implementation roadmaps
- Strengthen alignment between TNE growth, quality assurance, student experience and institutional reputation
- Support portfolio reviews of existing TNE partnerships to identify growth, enhancement, renewal or exit options

- Full-day staff training workshop: £2,950 + VAT, plus travel if in person
- Two-day strategy and planning workshop: £4,500 + VAT
- TNE opportunity assessment report: £3,500–£6,000 + VAT
- TNE strategy review / portfolio review: £7,500–£12,000 + VAT
- Full TNE strategy development project: £15,000–£25,000 + VAT, depending on interviews, market research, partner review and final report depth
