TNE Strategy and Planning Development supports universities and education partners to move from opportunity-led international activity to a more structured, evidence-informed and sustainable TNE approach. The training or consultancy helps staff understand how to assess markets, select suitable partners, financial modelling, choose the right delivery model, align internal teams, manage quality and risk, and build TNE partnerships that are academically credible, commercially realistic and student-centred

• Drafting of strategy aligned to institutional goals (and cross-referenced to Teaching & Learning, Student Experience, Employability, Research and Global Engagement strategies).
• Identification of SMART Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for TNE.
• Support with embedding of TNE into the University Planning Round (including income forecasting, direct and indirect expenditure, staff costs, requests for investment and outcomes (recruitment, progression, etc.).
• Review of/advice on establishing the strategic approval process and business case development (including full financial modelling, risk assessment and due diligence).
• Effective monitoring and review procedures linked to planning and financial functions (both home and in country). 

Cost

• Full-day staff training workshop: £2,950 + VAT, plus travel if in person
• Two-day strategy and planning workshop: £4,500 + VAT
• TNE opportunity assessment report: £3,500–£6,000 + VAT
• TNE strategy review / portfolio review: £7,500–£12,000 + VAT
• Full TNE strategy development project: £15,000–£25,000 + VAT, depending on interviews, market research, partner review and final report depth
